  • All custom orders are finalized once payment is received and production begins.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of details provided for engraving (e.g., names, dates, or designs). Please review your order carefully before submission.
  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are not available for custom orders unless there is a defect or error caused by us.

2. Payment and Pricing

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other forms of online payment as specified on our site.
  • Taxes, shipping fees, and additional charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

3. Production Times and Delivery

  • Standard production times are generally 2-3 days after payment is received. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the selected shipping method. Silver Birch Engraving Co. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom products are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
  • Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Liability

  • Silver Birch Engraving Co. is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our products.
  • For customer supplied items, customers are responsible for providing correct materials for engraving. We reserve the right to refuse materials deemed unsafe, hazardous, or inappropriate.
