  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during checkout.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days on most products
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $37 within the continental United States.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • For free shipping offers, terms and conditions apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its status.

International Shipping

  • We currently only ship to the United States

2. Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging materials.
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items are non-refundable, unless there is an error or defect caused by us.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@silverbirchengraving.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on where to ship your item.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for eligible non-personalized items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@silverbirchengraving.com.
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
  3. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Personalized or custom-engraved products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items or final clearance products.
